Role & Responsibilities

The Role 

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and tenacious IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Central Leeds. With significant investment planned in our technical business unit, we are keen to speak to Consultants who have experience working in vertical markets across;

  • Software Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • BI, Data & Analytics
  • Cyber Security
  • Manual & QA Testing
  • Infrastructure, Support & DevOps
  • Technical Project & Product Management

Our consultants operate globally; in this role, you will be focused initially on mid-senior-level hires working as part of a team of Executive Search specialists in a high-performance, collaborative, and supportive environment. Leveraging established Client partnerships developed for over 10 years whilst developing new long-term relationships, you will receive guidance and strategic support, and training to build your business, utilising tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Talent Insights, and our automated business development software. The role is a 360-consultant role, supported by central functions in research, business development, and operations; the role has the runway and internal support to move into a management position within 12 months.
