Global organisation, manufacturers of industrial chains and related power transmission products, serving a multitude of customers across the industrial technology Division.

Requirements\Qualifications:
Have worked for, a manufacturing organisation in which leadership and management of transformation were a key factor.
Shows an aptitude for general management, apparent through a clear track record of success.
Commercial expertise in developing and managing multi-channel sales organisations is a requirement.
Ideally a degree level education and above in engineering (ideally mechanical), mathematics, science, or technical discipline.
Role & Responsibilities
The Role:
Responsibility for all aspects of the business including, health, safety & environment, P&L management, sales and marketing, channel and customer management and development, manufacturing operations and logistics, engineering, HR and finance whilst operating within the framework set by the client. This is a “hands on” product support and sales management role and the appointed person will play a very active role in the day to day management of the business whilst developing longer term plans.
