We are working alongside a leader in the Life Science Industry specialising in Lab Automation & Genomics, to hire a Territory Sales Manager based in Spain.

MBI Medical & Life Sciences, in collaboration with a leading International Multi-Omics technology company, is at the forefront of providing cutting-edge NGS Equipment, Lab Automation, consumables, and reagents. Dedicated to advancing life science research, biopharma, and healthcare, our clients are experiencing substantial growth and therefore seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in Spain. 


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or biology required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of Molecular Biology & Next-Generation Sequencing.
  • English & Spanish fluency. 
  • Proven Life Science Capital Equipment sales experience.

Role & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing current accounts in region, whilst also identifying new customers and sales opportunities for the Sequencing portfolio. 
  • Manage automation business with local distributors.
  • Accurately forecast customer demand (i.e., product quantities and dollars, orders, shipments).
  • Achieve pre-agreed Quarterly & Yearly Sales targets.
