The Role 

We are looking to recruit an experienced recruiter/senior recruiter to build and develop on our existing knowledge and references within the Food, Beverage and Finished Goods industries.

Requirements 

We are looking to identify an experienced recruitment consultant with 1-5 years’ experience; we would also consider someone in a managerial capacity with 5 years+. Experience within food and beverage or wider FMCG market is preferred but not essential. In addition, we would consider applicants with experience in a sales position.

We have the tools and support to coach market specific; more importantly you will have an interest in the market and be ambitious, hardworking with an entrepreneurial attitude. 


Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for new business development, delivery of vacancy requirements, strategic market development, and account management with clients in the international finished goods market. In addition, the role will operate as the industry lead for this market and within time become the subject matter expert internally. As the role, and success in the role develops, this role will be responsible for building up a team across various submarkets across the wider consumer space.
