Role & Responsibilities
The Role
- Defines the company's feed additive pipeline and R&D policy.
- Adapts continuously to existing products/processes and develops new ones to meet the company's target markets.
Responsibilities
- Defines R&D programs which include new products, technologies, and processes.
- Explore research opportunities and trends, translating them into specific R&D projects.
- Evaluate existing and identify new molecules and ingredients to maintain innovative mycotoxin management, gut health performance and feed safety.
- Initiates, shapes, executes, and follows-up on specialty feed additive projects.
- Oversees lab and pilot trials.
