The client

Our client is a new force in the US fragrance industry growing rapidly. Our client creates and manufactures fragrances for a wide range of customers across CPG Brands, fine fragrances, and cosmetics.

Requirements\Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
  • marketing experience, preferably within the fragrance, beauty, personal care, or related industry.
  • Experience working with B2B sales teams and customers.
  • Proficient at gathering market data, market insights, and desk research.
  • Proficient at distilling research into useable business and trend information.
  • Hands-on management of trafficking marketing projects.
  • Maintaining monthly and annual marketing budgets.




Role & Responsibilities

The Role

Our client is looking to hire a creative, self-starter, data-driven marketing manager to support the company’s growth strategies.


Responsibilities 

  • Provide creative content and marketing concepts to support the sale of products to customers.
  • Proactively initiate the marketing calendar - driving deadlines, timetable, and milestone adherence.
  • Liaison with sales and product development to enhance project briefs and marketing deliverables.
  • Research product trends to create and deliver presentations for customers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Lead company’s understanding of emerging tools in marketing, digital communications, and social media.
  • Help maintain a strong digital presence, including listings, keywords, images, ad copy, and organic search.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry practices, category, and shopper insights into actionable ideas
  • Develop and curate engaging content in the brand voice for social media, website, and blog posts.
  • Support the gathering of customer feedback via regular NPS scoring and improvement.
  • Travel with sales to customers, and attend industry functions and trade shows as needed.
  • Coordinate regular marketing project meetings and maintain marketing workflow.
  • Assist with marketing administration such as budget tracking and project tracking.
  • Coordinate membership and sponsorship of industry organisations and industry events.
