Mackinnon Bruce International, an Executive Search Consultancy within the global Civil Infrastructure, Water, and Wastewater industries, is working exclusively alongside a nationally recognised leader within the Water, Wastewater, and Civil Engineering markets, who is looking to hire an Engineer I/II or III (Water Resources) to join their growing team.

The client

A nationally recognized leader within civil engineering heavily invested in the Water, Wastewater, and Civil Engineering industries across the USA. 


Location

This opportunity can be based out of one of my various client's offices/hubs in Michigan. My client is offering a hybrid working opportunity which will require some of the working week to be based out of the offices. 


Requirements/Qualifications

  • E.I.T Certification is a must.
  • P.E. Certification would be a bonus. 
  • Demonstrable experience working on Water Resources projects in the USA. 
  • Educated with a bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.

Role & Responsibilities

The Role & Responsibilities

This is an opportunity for an Engineer I/II or III (Water Resources) to join a growing team. Focussing on Water Resource projects, supporting local and regional projects across Water Resources.


  • Creation of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for projects
  • Work closely with internal staff and external clients
  • Perform quality control reviews and assist with planning schedules & distribution of work
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the team
