We are working alongside a leader in the Life Science Industry specialising in Lab Automation & Genomics, to hire an Associate Channel Manager for the South Europe region.

The Client:

MBI Medical & Life Sciences, in collaboration with a leading International Multi-Omics technology company, is at the forefront of providing cutting-edge NGS Equipment, Lab Automation, consumables, and reagents. Dedicated to advancing life science research, biopharma, and healthcare, our client are experiencing substantial growth and therefore seeking a Distribution Manager / Channel Sales person for Southern Europe based in Spain or Italy.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or biology required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ commercial experience in the Life Sciences industry. Capital Equipment ideally in Lab Automation or NGS
  • Experience managing distributors across Southern Europe ideally in Life Sciences
  • NGS market experience is necessary.
  • Must be willing to travel 20-50% of the time, including weekends and outside normal business hours, for distributor visits

Role & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop distributor networks, and sustain existing markets and clientele. Identify new markets and devise strategies to boost sales across the entire product portfolio, including new product launches.
  • Distributor Portal, keeping distributors updated on product, marketing, and sales information, availability, competition, sales positioning, best practices, and training plans.
  • Formulate and uphold marketing plans for new product distribution and introduction schedules for partners.
  • Create and execute regional marketing initiatives linked to distributor activities, such as campaigns, conferences, webinars, and lead generation efforts.
  • Participate in distributor business reviews and other growth-supporting activities. Organise monthly calls and training sessions for distributors. Supervise distributors' online platforms, ensuring content accuracy and collaborating with Product Management when necessary.
  • Oversee quarterly sales fulfillment, marketing, and FAS support for selected distributors' key accounts
