As a rapidly growing company in a high-demand industry, we are looking for a visionary and results-driven Global VP of Sales to lead our clients sales efforts and expand their market presence.
Position Overview:
The Global VP of Sales will play a critical leadership role in driving the global sales strategy and execution for our identity verification solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performance sales team, developing key go-to-market strategies, and creating meaningful relationships with enterprise clients across various industries. This position is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS sales operations, preferably in the tech, cybersecurity, or fintech sectors.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company goals to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
- Lead and mentor a diverse global sales team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to succeed.
- Drive the adoption of innovative sales tactics and approaches to increase revenue and optimize sales performance across all regions.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent, fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.
- Establish performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive strategic partnerships, including channel partnerships, resellers, and other growth opportunities.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and penetrate new markets globally, including North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Oversee sales enablement efforts, including marketing and product teams, to ensure sales alignment with company initiatives.
Revenue Growth & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and targets to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
- Own the sales revenue targets for the entire global business, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
Preferred experience:
- Experience in selling Device Intelligence, Behavioral Biometrics, and Identity Verification Solutions in multiple markets
- Proven experience with managing sales through complex, enterprise-level deals.
