Mackinnon Bruce International are partnered with a global Pre Clinical - Contract Research Organisation to hire a Territory Sales Manager to cover the West of Germany.

The Client:

A Pre-Clinical CRO, providing early-stage, pre-clinical drug discovery services to Biotech, Pharma and Academic Research Institutes across Europe. Their services include in-vivo & and in-vitro research models and services that support drug development & and discovery across a range of therapeutic areas including; Immuno-Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Cardio-vascular diseases, metabolic disorders, Inflammation and autoimmune.


The Role:

Due to continued growth in Germany, they are now looking to add to their German Sales team. This person will represent the company's products & and services in the West of Germany, and identify new partnership opportunities with Pharma, Biotech, and Academic Research institutes.


  • Responsible for defining & and executing commercial strategy for the region.
  • Maintaining existing accounts and prospecting new customers within Academia, Biotech, and pharma.
  • Maintains and develops partnerships with national key opinion leaders.
  • Contributes to the development of partnerships and participates in conferences, medical and scientific meetings, congresses & symposiums.
  • Approx. 3 days of travel in the field per week


Qualifications:

  • Minimum BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biology or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, selling services or products to the pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory
