The Role:

As part of their international expansion, our client is looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager for the French Speaking area of Switzerland. The role reports to the European Sales Director and you will be responsible for developing & implementing sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue targets, increasing market presence, and growing the customer base in Romandie, Switzerland.


Who we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Cardiology Medical Device sales, ideally within a good understanding of Cardiac Arrhythmias, CRM or Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets within the medical device and digital healthcare sectors, preferably within the cardiac arrhythmia space.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare environment and the decision-making mechanisms within the Romandie healthcare systems.
  • A strong network of healthcare professionals, encompassing key stakeholders in hospitals such as procurement and cardiology.
  • Fluent in French & English (German is desired but not mandatory).
