Job Summary:
The Staff Accountant will support the Finance team in delivering timely and accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance, and recommending process improvements.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, handling journal entries and accruals, conducting reconciliations, and participating in month-end closing activities. The role also involves tax filing, audit support, and collaborating on various ad hoc projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in Wholesale or E-commerce
- Proficiency in GAAP/IFRS, SAP, and advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inventory management and familiarity with cross-functional finance partnerships.
- Experience with cash applications across Shopify and TikTok.
