The Role 

We are looking to recruit an experienced recruiter/senior recruiter to build and develop on our existing knowledge and references within the global luxury goods and fashion industries. 

 About You:

  • We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial people to join us in our Manchester office.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a 360-recruitment position
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with candidates and clients.
  • Self-driven, and motivated to work autonomously to build your pipeline.
  • You enjoy working in a results-orientated environment.
  • You love to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
  • Resilient, confident, and enthusiastic.
  • A genuine interest and enthusiasm for a career in recruitment.

 Responsibilities  

You will be responsible for new business development, delivery of vacancy requirements, strategic market development, and account management with clients In the International luxury goods and fashion market. In addition, the role will operate as the industry lead for this market and within time become the subject matter expert Internally. 

As the role, and success In the role develops, this role will be responsible for building up a team across various submarkets across the wider consumer space.
