Senior Recruitment Consultant: Renewable Energy

Mackinnon Bruce International specialises in recruiting professionals across Construction, Life Sciences, Clean Energy, Renewables, Technology, Industrial Manufacturing chemicals and Consumer goods.
We are looking for ambitious, driven, and tenacious individuals to join us as a Senior recruitment Consultant in our growing Renewables in Leeds. With significant investment planned across the business, we are keen to speak to people who are experienced recruitment professionals looking to take a step up and establish themselves as an industry expert.
The Role: What you'll be doing:
- Identify opportunities across the globe, building out a complete 360 desk: generating leads and pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and fulfilling recruitment needs.
- Build key relationships within the industry and become an expert in your market, enhancing your brand across our various platforms.
- Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company-led methodologies.
Requirements: What we are looking for
- Highly motivated, Entrepreneurial people who are financially driven
- 1 year minimum 360 recruitment experience
- Experience working in a sales environment/recruitment role.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to speak confidently with different types of people
- Self-driven and motivated to work autonomously
- You enjoy working in a results-oriented environment.
- You love to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
