The Role:
We're seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Consultant to lead market expansion, secure new partnerships, and be innovative within sales strategies. This role blends entrepreneurial agility, consultative and technical selling, and strategic analysis to support decision-making and growth initiatives across Europe.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consultative and technical B2B sales within ag-tech, carbon markets, sustainability, or climate tech.
- Strong lead generation, market development, and contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and deliver impactful customer outcomes.
- Strong commercial experience with a track record of hitting sales targets.
- Deep knowledge of regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
