Mackinnon Bruce are retained by a mid-sized, European Clinical Services company. They are an international player in biomedical research, supplying experimental research models and services to contract research organisations, clinical trail organisations and MNC’s in Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology markets. A dynamic business that has experienced strong growth across Europe in recent years. Due to this growth, our client are looking to add a Sales Manager for West of Germany, ideally based in Cologne, Dusseldorf or Frankfurt.
ROLE
Reporting to the European Commercial Director, the Scientific Sales Specialist will have full autonomy across the West of Germany. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a business plan for the region, competitive market analysis and identify new opportunities for growth within the region whilst managing existing accounts with CRO’s, Biotech, Pharma & Academic Research.
REQUIREMENT
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and personable sales person with ideally 2-5+ years sales experience selling clinical services, research models or wider products & services in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry. The candidate needs to be a ‘self starter’ with the ability to work autonomously across the territory. The ideal candidate will be required degree educated in a Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Life Science or similar field. Must be fluent in German & English.
