Objective
We are looking to engage an individual who will assist with the Company’s business development, prospecting and establishing new accounts in the UK professional channel, mainly 5/4 star day spas and high-end medi spas. The successful candidate would use their contacts to introduce potential customers to the Company.

We are representing a renowned and prestigious brand that develops, markets, and sells advanced skincare products under its trademark. These products are distributed through a selective network of authorized establishments, which are recognized for their luxurious and exclusive image and reputation.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities are:
- Grow and nurture relationships with prospect high-end spas in the professional channels of Day Spa, Private Clubs or Members’ Club Spa and Medi Spa, execute proposals (incl. treatment menu, retail product range, training dates and draft for opening order) and support during the closing of the commercial agreement.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to maximize the overall business for the company
- Respect any geographic constraints that may apply due to existing accounts and prospects.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the marketplace realities across the market, including the competition and other channels mainly Hotel Spa.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance sales culture, including monthly prospecting sessions and weekly reporting through calls, CRM and shared excel with prospects.
- To carry out your job consistently with the image of prestige, luxury, high technology, and exclusivity of the brand.
