About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive our regional sales efforts. This role involves managing customer relationships, developing strategic sales approaches, and contributing to our company's growth in the adhesives and dispensing equipment sectors. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape the market and build a strong customer base while providing critical insights into industry trends and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and the company.
  • Identify potential clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and close sales by understanding customer needs and generating demand for our products.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and identify new business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and manage demo equipment accounts according to corporate requirements.
  • Regularly monitor market trends and competitive activities, sharing insights with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • 2-3 years of successful experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the adhesives industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and an ability to connect with a variety of industrial end-users.
  • Proven ability to manage channel partners effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
