Sales Manager – BeNeLux & France

Location: Home-based (Remote).

Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses, company car, company pension, and more.

About the Client: The client is a global leader in industrial air filtration, specialising in the development, manufacturing, and supply of air filtration, dust and fume extraction solutions, and air pollution control.

To support their growth, the client is seeking a Sales Manager, covering Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France. This role will direct the business management and wholistic sales of our clients division. Working with both the established German plants and the International organisations in EMEA, the successful candidate will be expected to develop a comprehensive market strategy to develop sales in the targeted markets.

Applicants should possess qualifications in an engineering or technical discipline and have a proven track record of success in sales of engineered equipment and after-market.



Requirements

  • Educational Background: Degree in engineering or a technical field, ideally in Electrical, Mechatronic, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (specific to gas management)
  • Experience: Proven success in sales of engineered equipment and aftermarket services
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus

.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and business management for the clients division within the BeNeLux and France region
  • Manage aftermarket operations, including retrofits, services, and spare parts, for designated industries
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the region’s market
  • Serve as the main contact for the clients portfolio in the region, liaising closely with the team in Germany
