We are currently partnered with one of the fastest-growing global diagnostic companies and a market leader in Molecular and Clinical Diagnostics. The company offers a range of high-end instruments for clinical and industry settings, with a focus on Diabetes.
This global company has a smaller, close-knit team overseeing the Wallonia region. This group is now looking to add an Account Manager to oversee growth across the region, focusing on the Diabetes product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Cultivate relationships and uncover new opportunities to drive growth, positioning our products as essential solutions for healthcare providers.
- In-Depth Product Knowledge: Leverage your expertise to translate technical product features into compelling benefits, inspiring excitement and trust in customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships, acting as the trusted advisor for your clients.
- Sales Administration: Ensure smooth execution of offers and resolution of complaints in collaboration with the Back Office team.
- Budget Management: Strategically manage expenditures to maximise ROI while ensuring long-term brand sustainability.
- Forecasting Accuracy: Collaborate with product managers and logistics teams to ensure demand is met and sales goals are achieved.
- Data Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date customer data to support excellent client service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in (bio)chemistry, medical sciences, sales, marketing, or management. Equivalent experience (3+ years) in sales roles within similar industries is also considered.
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitals or public procurement environments
- Fluency in Dutch/French (region-specific) and English
