Our client is now seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Latin America territory to support their footprint and continued growth throughout the region. My client manufacturer high-end pharmaceutical solid dosage processing equipment from API dosing to final coating tablets. As the RSM, you will be responsible for developing the LATAM region, working with various countries with their local sales managers.
As the RSM, you will maximise order intake, manage the entire sales process from lead to order, ensure successful delivery, market mapping of customers, prospecting, negotiate commercial, financial, and legal aspects of contracts and develop relationships within the business and region. The Regional Sales Manager must be consistently educating themselves to remain on top of the latest technology evolutions as you will be the technical expert in the area.
My client is looking for a seasoned sales professional with experience in the Latin America Region. The successful candidate should be familiar with selling turnkey solutions in the oral solid dosage arena and come from either a chemical or mechanical engineering background. Ideally, the successful candidate should live in Belgium; however, my client is open to candidates living in Germany or Netherlands. The candidate must have the ability to translate customer needs into possibilities and solutions. You will be required to travel up to 50% across the LATAM and technical centres located in Europe.
We are looking for a highly motivated, pragmatic, result-oriented individual with at least five years’ experience in a Project Management or Technical sales function working with CAPEX goods on an international scope? If you have experience working with local agents or distribution networks, that would be advantageous.
