Mackinnon Bruce International are partnered with an instantly recognised, Medical Device manufacturer and Supplier of innovative Medical Devices. They are a leader in multiple disciplines including Medical Imaging, Diagnostics, Radiotherapy and Patient Monitoring.
Our client is seeking their new Operations Manufacturing Leader for one of their manufacturing sites near Eindhoven, Netherlands.
ROLE
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 350 operations FTE’s, working closely with Engineering, production, and logistics to implement the business new global operations blueprint at the site. You will also be responsible for CAPEX investment plans, driving continuous improvement and promoting a lean culture, and developing the team.
REQUIREMENT
We are looking for a seasoned Operations professional from the Medical Device, Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductors or another highly regulated industry that manufacturer large capital equipment, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Operations, Manufacturing of Supply Chain within a factory. Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management and/or Certification in Lean, Six-Sigma with deep specialism in Continuous Improvement. Fluent in Dutch and English.
