The Role:
As the Global Marketing Manager Genetic Testing Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success and global direction of the genetic testing solutions, relating to marketing programs such as launches, concepts and campaigns. You will be the overall lead for both consumer and patient initiatives collaborating closely with Product Directors and Regional Marketing teams.
You will develop and execute marketing strategies, utilising strong communication skills, digital savviness and extensive marketing experience, to deliver the right content to the right people on a global scale. Reporting into the Vice President Global Marketing and working closely with the Global Marketing team, Product Management and Regional Marketing teams, you will lead the overall design and execution of strong marketing programs that align the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a clear, visionary marketing strategy that aligns with organisation and Genetic testing solutions long-term business objectives.
- Lead the development of value propositions and marketing plans, campaigns and selling tools on a global level.
- Responsible for planning and developing an optional marketing mix with a high focus on digital marketing strategies & deliverables (web, email campaigns, webinars, content for social media).
- Drive collaboration with a wide group of internal and external stakeholders concerning product launches and campaigns. Lead preparation and execution of marketing concepts related to new important launches to ensure commercial impact.
- Work closely with upstream product management team to bring voice of customer and voice of market into the test/product vision and roadmaps.
- Lead the development of best-in-class patient marketing concepts & campaigns to ensure strong communication and lead generation from this target audience.
- Track campaign and launch effectiveness and secure continuous improvement of activities.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced marketer with minimum 10 years of work experience in regional or global marketing roles
- Strong experience within marketing and brand management, preferably within Medical Device sector
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Particularly effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel to Market Regions and customers approx. 15-20 days annually.
