Account Manager (Beverage Equipment Sales) | Midwest, USA
Location: Midwest USA – From Minnesota to Texas (Preferably based near a major airport)

An established global player in beverage packaging equipment is looking to add a technically savvy Account Manager to lead direct sales efforts across a key U.S. territory. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role—not just hunting, but growing and nurturing existing customer accounts.
You’ll be responsible for managing a territory valued between $15–25 million, working with an existing portfolio of clients that includes major bottlers (Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and others), while partnering closely with internal proposal teams to provide full turnkey solutions—from blowmolding through to palletizing.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and executing the sales strategy for your Midwest territory
- Managing ~50 key accounts, focusing on long-term relationship development
- Understanding customer needs to deliver proactive, consultative solutions
- Acting as the face of the company throughout the full sales cycle
- Coordinating closely with technical teams on tailored proposals
- Supporting a seamless handover to service and aftersales post-commissioning
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates (Salesforce)
- Offering real-time market and competitor insight
Ideal Profile:
- 5–10 years’ experience in capital equipment sales—ideally in FMCG or packaging machinery
- Strong technical understanding of complete line solutions
- Background in blowmolding, filling, palletizing, turnkey systems or any packaging equipment.
- Confident, commercial, and customer-focused
- Able to travel up to 50% domestically—passport required
