We specialise in developing and manufacturing cost-effective, cutting-edge products that address critical health challenges.
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Research and Development to lead our innovation efforts, oversee new product development, and ensure a seamless transition from research to manufacturing. This pivotal role will drive technological advancements, improve existing products, and play a key part in shaping our company’s future.
Key Responisbilites:
- Lead and manage the research, design, and development of new products.
- Oversee product evaluations and validations to ensure continuous product improvement.
- Design and construct prototype products for validation and testing.
- Develop and implement manufacturing protocols to enhance product quality and efficiency
