MBI is partnered with a repeat Global Laboratory Equipment manufacturer & supplier to hire a UK/Ireland Commercial Director based in the North of the UK.

The client

Our client is an International Laboratory Equipment Manufacturer & Supplier, they provide a range of Lab Equipment (CapEx) to Pharma, Biotech & Academic Research organisations across the UK. 

The Role:

The position will be responsible for the UK/Ireland commercial organisation and will lead sales, marketing, service, and distribution across regions. 

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in Laboratory Equipment / Instrumentation. 
  • Experience leading multiple functions, for example, Sales, Marketing & Service. 
  • A driven highly motivated, self-starting commercial professional with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies and achieving revenue and profit growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, product development, and business development practices
  • Experience managing P&L a plus. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing ideally.
