The company has high double-digit growth and a vision to become the global orthobiologics leader optimizing bone biology for the treatment of bone disorders. 

The Role:

A newly created position as part of BONESUPPORT’s international expansion plans, the position reports to the Sales Director Indirect Markets and will be responsible for managing Distribution partners in Columbia, Croatia, Poland, Portugal, France, Switzerland & Finland. Additionally, the position will be responsible for developing market analysis strategies for new market entry through indirect sales channels across EMEA, APAC & LATAM. 

  • Oversee and manage distributor partners to ensure alignment with BoneSupport's strategy and standards.
  • Analyse and monitor distributor performance through Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Conduct strategic market analysis to identify and assess new market opportunities, considering market access, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical, and commercial factors.
  • Develop and implement market entry plans, including cross-functional launch strategies.
  • Identify, assess, and appointment of new distribution partners.
  • Provide training and support to distribution partners.
  • Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships
  • Travel requirement: 10–20%.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the MedTech industry, ideally in the field of Orthopaedics, Orthobiologics, or Spine. 
  • Proven experience managing indirect sales channels/distributors in the field of MedTech
  • Knowledge of market access, reimbursement, and regulatory pathways.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
