The client

A global feed additives player, providing solutions across all species. 

Location:

Preferably, Germany is open to candidates living in Austria and Switzerland. 

The Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for feed additives portfolios in South Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. 
  • Collaborating with regional and area business managers, scheduling customer meetings, and drafting articles for local publications. 
  • Gathering market insights, staying updated on industry trends, and building a strong network of commercial and external influencers. 
  • Enhance the company's market presence and drive sales growth in the specified regions.

Requirements\Qualifications

  • Experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, or related B2B industries in the DACH region.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow sales in the DACH region.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Existing network of contacts within feed mills, integrators, and distributors in the DACH region.
  • Fluent in German & English.
