Requirements\Qualifications

  • Have Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Agriculture or Horticulture
  • Several years of Sales & Marketing experience in B2B environment
  • Have excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing,
  • Are an experienced user of IT applications such as MS Office and CRM tools, and most of all,
  • Have a drive for results, and
  • Conduct business according to our high ethical standards

Responsibilities

As our new Area Manager for specialty Turf & Ornamental fertilisers, your mission will be to further develop the growth of their water-soluble and controlled-release fertilizers throughout South East Asia. You will be the interface between growers, distributors, marketing, and customer service to drive sales and profitability. Based in Thailand, you will work from your home office and are prepared to travel to different countries in Southeast Asia up to 60 % of your time.

More specifically, you will

  • manage and expand our existing distributor portfolio and seek new market opportunities
  • visit our end users, growers, and greenkeepers to understand their needs, offer nutritional solutions, and provide technical support like training, field trial assistance and conduct product demonstrations to both our end users and distributors
  • Gather and analyze market data to maximise mid-to-long-term sales
  • Maintain an ‘up to date’ CRM database
  • Organize effective marketing communication and activities to help introduce new products
  • Propose annual budget targets, report results on a regular basis, and conduct business according to our Ethical Business code
