Mackinnon Bruce International are currently partnered with a leading Animal Health player who are looking to expand their team with a Regulatory Affairs Manager.
This individual will work cross functionally across areas of the business to ensure compliance in R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales.
This person must have strong technical knowledge within the European regulatory field & previous experience working in Animal Health Pharmaceuticals/Vaccines/Medical Devices.
Leading a team of 5-10 people, you would provide guidance with regulatory-related activities, including but not limited to: regulatory intelligence gathering, international and domestic regulatory submissions, ingredients, labeling, claims, import/export processes & review process for packaging, marketing materials, digital information and product life-cycle activities.
What does the role involve?
- Regulatory Product Support: Lead the internal team to ensure product labeling and documentation is complete,
- Regulatory Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a Regulatory representative for finished product & packaging compliance. Assemble and help communicate information relative to product changes, new product attributes, and current go-to-market information and timing.
- People Management: Day-to-day supervision of internal regulatory personnel, including coaching, training, and development.
- Internal and External Relationship Building: Develop and maintain good working business relationships as well as a climate of teamwork with internal groups such as Legal, R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Customer Service.
