Mackinnon Bruce is currently working with a German, privately held, small to medium sized organisation, manufacturing and supplying Spinal Implants across Europe. The company are looking to expand sales across the UK, therefore are looking for a Spine Territory Sales Manager to cover the South-West.
As the Territory Sales manager you will report to the UK National Sales Manager, this is a newly created position and you will be responsible to strategically lead the business across your territory to effectively grow sales. It will be your mission to create new relationships with Spine physicians resulting in them adopting the company’s existing and new innovative product portfolio through representation, training, relationship building and in-service activities.
3-5+ years of successful selling experience, 2+ years in Spine preferred.
Experience selling into Spinal Surgeons.
Strong communication skills.
Solid demonstration of effective quarterly and annual sales business planning including tactics to obtain quota.
This role is to cover a new region for the company.
