Mackinnon Bruce is currently working with a Small to Medium sized Medical Device manufacturer and supplier of Orthopaedic Implants. They are privately held with $multimillion revenues, as part of their global strategy they are looking to expand their sales across Latin America. Therefore the company have engaged Mackinnon Bruce to identify an International Sales Manager to be responsible for their Trauma & Biologics business.
As the International Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth across Latin America. It will be your role to identify new opportunities to expand sales and grow market share for the Trauma & Biologic products within these regions. To do this you will be tasked to identify new distributors and manage current distributors across the South American region.
Therefore it is essential that the candidate has significant sales experience within Orthopaedics. The ideal candidate will ideally have existing relationships with distributors, however most importantly this position requires a candidate that can identify and develop new relationships with distributors across the region. This will be a field based role and it is preferred that the candidate is based in North or South America.
