Mackinnon Bruce is working in partnership with a market leading Medical Device manufacturer and supplier, specialising in Cardiovascular Devices. The client has a wide range of products within the Coronary and Peripheral space. They are currently looking for a National Sales Manager based in Germany to manage the Sales team across the country.
· Oversee and Implement the local Sales Strategy in line with Corporate objectives.
· Manage the sales team of 9 Territory Managers across Germany.
· Provide Monthly and Quarterly Sales Reports.
· Responsible to grow sales in excess of market growth across Germany.
· 3+ years in a leadership position within Medical Devices; experience preferably within Coronary or Peripheral Interventions however not essential.
· Experience of leading and developing a sales team successfully.
· Degree educated in a relevant field.
