Mackinnon Bruce is working closely with a global leader within food ingredients. As a result of expansion, the company are looking for an International Sales Manager to be based at their Danish offices to strengthen the global sales for the Dairy division in correspondence with the Company’s strategy.
This role requires the successful individual to conduct and coordinate global sales through key account management and business development. You will be the company expert within the dairy and ice-cream industry and will be tasked to develop the division in cooperation with regional teams as well as preparing and developing the business strategy with senior management.
This is an opportunity for you to establish and follow up on sales opportunities and market potentials. You will be responsible for strategy, pricing and the global coordination of the division as well as being responsible for global products, development, training and general product management.
Reporting into the Sales and Application Director, you will be responsible for developing and lead customer projects in addition to establishing and maintain a good knowledge of the industry, customers and competition.
This has global scope and there will be an expectation for international travel across the geographies the company operates in.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within food ingredients with dairy application. You must have a commercial acumen with a technical flair, preferably with practical experience from the industry.
You must have a fact-based approach to decision making with the leadership abilities to coach global sales reps and associates. An individual who is pragmatic, a team player and somebody who thrives in an international environment will succeed in this role. You must have the ability to speak English fluently and engage in all functions across the business.
