We recruit across multi-functions in these verticals, with teams of consultants specialising in Sub-verticals to take full 360 ownership of the recruitment process which provides our consultants the opportunity to not only develop their own business and commercial acumen by dealing and learning from international senior executives on a daily basis but also provides outstanding personal earning potential with our unrivalled commission structure which consultants enter onto from day one. As a growing business we are looking for tomorrow’s managers: we currently have a team of 20 people in Leeds but we want to expand this further, in Leeds, London and overseas such as Singapore, US and Central Europe.
To achieve this growth we require highly motivated, ambitious and hardworking individuals ideally with sales/target environment experience who are willing to listen and learn from over 35 years of executive recruitment experience to train and develop as an executive search consultant and with success develop into a management positon responsible for a vertical market or an international operation. The earning potential and career development timeline is dependant solely on the consultant; we are a fast paced business; if you perform you will be rewarded and your development in the company will be expedited.
We recruit internationally with senior assignments carried out in Asia Pacific, North and South America, UAE, Gulf Coast, Central & Eastern Europe and Africa. Candidates must be able to travel to US and Middle East without restriction, and be willing to travel where necessary. We do also work in the UK in our core markets but our growth strategy is very much internationally focussed.
Although we are specialists in the verticals above, we are also interested in speaking with experienced recruiters, managing consultants and divisional managers who can bring something new to Mackinnon Bruce. We are particularly interested in candidates who have recruitment experience in HR, Finance, Legal and IT/Technology. Mackinnon Bruce provides an LS1 City Centre working office environment with all the latest technology, databases, CRM and back office support. All consultants receive hands on training and development from the Directors of the business who collectively have over 35 years’ experience and are provided with Smart Phone, Laptop etc.
